Carol is the most professional, organized, and helpful vendor we had one our wedding day and we cannot recommend her enough to any couple who is in search of a wedding coordinator! We had a 320 person wedding at a beautiful venue where we had a live band, DJ, lighting, and a surprise flash mob produced by Flash Mob America (http:// www.flashmobamerica.com/). Carol was integral in orchestrating all of the vendors to work together on our wedding day. Our wedding went without a hitch and she literally held our hand every single step of the way. She was so kind, understanding, and on top of every detail. She listened to all of our concerns and made sure they were handled with care. As a result, we were able to sit back and enjoy our wedding day without the stress of having to worry about the details.

Carol's professionalism also extends to her ability to respond quickly (sometimes within minutes) of any phone call or email that we sent her. Some of our other vendors had some issues communicating with us and took days to even get on the phone. Not Carol! She was the best communicator; always keeping in touch with us and checking in on us. That's service that is rare these days and cannot be overvalued.
