Carol is a truly amazing wedding coordinator. We had some curve balls thrown at us throughout the wedding planning process and without Carol, we may not have had such an amazing and flawless wedding day.
When Carol started working with us, we had already signed on a florist we found on our own. Everything was seemingly fine until about less than a month before the wedding day. Long story short, the florist was not able to deliver what they had lead us to believe they were going to deliver. Due to the stressful situation, things got a little heated with the florist, but Carol was able to smooth things over and help us get a 100% refund (including deposit) despite the contract. Not only that, she was able to hook us up with the florist (Kathy) that she normally teams up with just TWO WEEKS before the wedding! Carol was able to help us get an even lower price for MORE flowers. Kathy also knew exactly what I wanted and even surpassed my expectations. The flowers
and arrangements were so beautiful that my mom dried and saved almost everything
and they are now being displayed in her home and I am even having my bouquet
preserved.
Carol made everything flow so smoothly, from the smallest detail, such as reminding
the boys to get breakfast for everyone, to the more important things, such as helping
my mom translate her complex speech from Chinese to English so that I could
understand it. Carol really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole wedding
planning process and on the wedding day. She took care of everything and we were
able to enjoy the day instead! She is so caring and thoughtful and I am very happy that
we met her! She was not only the best wedding coordinator, but she was also a great friend
