Carol Woo is an individual who is naturally filled with joy. Even from the beginning    without knowing about all the nitty gritty that we were about to get ourselves into, we       knew that working with someone like Carol is a must. As it turned out, on top of those        joyful mindset and personality she even threw in professional and responsible attitude          to make sure that the wedding would be a successful event, in our personal definition.         Wedding planning and connecting all the dots was a tedious process for us and having        someone who we trust and have the right connection and knowledge made all difference       in the world. Carol hand held us through the process of starting from picking a range of    dates, narrow down a wedding date, to finding a wedding location that not only fit our budget but our personalities as well as history.

She always knew what to expect at any given moment and be able to get our attention to wherever it is needed the most. What also made our case special was the fact that we already had a wedding reception in Taipei, Taiwan one month before the one we had in sunny southern California. Now just imagine planning for two weddings on our end with distinctive different characters almost at the same time. Needless to say that we were all mentally tired from all the planning of the first reception, Carol was key in pulling us together mentally during the holiday season and allowed us to focus on tasks that urgently needed our input. We especially appreciate Carol’s ability to get straight to the heart of the tasks so that we can clarify in the midst of all the little things that we need to get through for wedding planning. She is very mindful of working with people with different culture background as well as budgets.
Working with Carol felt like working with your closest friend who knows it all and cannot wait to attend your wedding (but without the fighting). That personal feeling was what made us comfortable at the end of the day. We believe that character is something that everyone hopes for but do not always get in a wedding planner. The Chinese business name of “La Moment” represents “Joy, Fortune, and Karma”. That is something that Carol firmly believes and now we are part of that believe as well. Having the bonding of Carol as our wedding planner on our big day was the best thing that we can have!
