Because of time constraints and circumstances out of our control, we had the daunting task of having to plan our wedding in one month! My fiancee was a recent immigrant from China who had never been to an elaborate American wedding and I . . .well, you know how much the average guy knows about wedding planning. It was time to call in some expert help! Carol took my fiancee shopping for everything she needed, introduced us to a great florist, met with our catering coordinator regularly, and helped us organize the whole program to make sure everything went smoothly.
